I am blessed and cursed with the cornucopia of automotive projects in my life. Some personal health issues have slowed me down (compared to what I am used to) over the past few years, so I am looking for different ways to accomplish tasks that I once found easy and could accomplish quickly and on my own. Also, my mother's cancer puts an asterisk next to every project going on with my family and tasks may change, stop, or be redirected at a moments notice.

When I plan out my projects, I like to dream big, and line up more than I would ever be able to accomplish, and work hard and feverishly to get as much done as possible. I often have a half-dozen projects in progress simultaneously. Some things will get pushed off, and other tasks will sneak in, and priorities change but here is what is lined up so far.

After getting temporary shelter assembled, clear each garage section of everything not bolted to the floor. Clean, prepare, and refinish the floors with Rust-Oleum's "Rock Solid Garage floor coating kit". Once this is complete, I hope to clean and organize everything going back into the garage to work on the cars most efficiently.

While the garage floor going on, the kids are finishing up school. My daughters are anxious to start on their cars (a 1958 Chevy Bel-Aire with a Delray parts vehicle and 1969 Chevy Nova). Our regular classic driving cars need maintenance (and those 10 vehicles will get it). Solar panels are being attached to our barn. My niece's graduation party is supposed to be held up at our barn, so preparations are underway. The tree house safety inspection, maintenance, and repair are getting ready before visitors arrive for the season. Oh, and I would like to make the appearance of the 1951 Buick a little more presentable.

Now all of these projects listed are happening simultaneously, but I would love to have them all done by the end of July. I wont specify what year, but still.... the end of July. I will post more photos as I go...

Cleaning, planning, and multitasking to make work move efficiently
