To celebrate the once-in-221 year simultaneous appearance of cicada Broods XIII and XIX, Rust-Oleum is participating in the Cicada Parade-a, a large scale collaborative art project organized by The Insect Asylum. Learn all about it in Lisa's latest blog here !
