Hey Rusto Garage fam👋🏼  - we're starting a new monthly series where we'll be featuring a community member, so we can all get to know one another. Drop a "hey" to @Tipad5050 in the comments below!

Today we are getting to know @Tipad5050 - a recent winner in the Peel it off Challenge

What brought you to Rusto Garage?

I saw it on Facebook and it sounded interesting.

What’s your favourite part of this online community?

Seeing other member's ideas, feedback, results and products.

How would you describe yourself/occupation to a complete stranger?

I'm an acrylic fab tech.

What interests you most about the automotive world?

Pretty much everything.

"This is my wife of 28 years in her Infinity q60."

What automotive projects do you like to focus on?

Everything pretty much from performance mods to visual mods all the way to lighting and sound system.

What is your favourite Rust-Oleum product? How has it helped with your automotive projects?

So far the Headlight Restoration kit - it keeps headlights looking new. An awesome looking car with fogged headlights looks incomplete.

What is your favorite automotive project you’ve done and how did you accomplish it?

My 95 Mustang GT. Learned a hard lesson on an automotive repair so enrolled in ASE automotive classes. The instructor used my Mustang as almost a teaching tool - it also helped that he raced Mustangs.

"My '95 Mustang project."

What’s the most challenging project you have tackled (or are putting off!)?

Evaporator /heads cam Mustang GT.

If you could create any type of automotive product/project (with no limitations), what would you design and why?

A true affordable ceramic coating that works and is do in yourself, for a project that would be to restore a 03/04 Cobra with upgraded info-tainment and sound system. More power too, of course.

What is your dream ride?

03/04 Mustang Cobra.

Tell us something about yourself that most people don’t know about you.

I was born in the Philippines.

What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?

Work to live, don't live to work. Life is too short.

Kicking back for a relaxing night: what’s your favorite meal? What will you be watching?

Home made Filipino chicken adobo, and watching a Dallas Mavericks game.

Thanks for letting us get to know you better, @Tipad5050
