Half done

As I was applying my new can of Rust-O-Leum tire wet, onto my just cleaned tires on my vehicle, when I got two tires done, the brand new can quit halfway through, the can is still half full, but nothing will come out, except for air! How can I take care of this problem? Thank you, Brian!
